My experiences have shaped my style, my life and my ability to tackle any project. After studying journalism at the University of Texas, I took a quick left turn into technical writing. That's where I learned how to write about complicated software in simple terms; how to gain the confidence of engineers; and how to meet the needs of the target.

From there, it was a short move into technical marketing, where I developed a passion for bringing technology to life and writing for an exciting new medium — the Internet.

Most recently, I’ve enjoyed working with art directors and designers in the Austin advertising world. I thrive at creating powerful, effective copy for websites, brochures, datasheets, print ads, online demos, white papers and much more.
